      Pros

      Good salary and benefits, very nice people to work with in general, emphasis on health and well-being of employees, I happen to have a great manager.

      Cons

      Senior management seems out of touch with what goes on 'in the trenches', inequality in workloads, promotions don't match performance, work overload.

      Pros

      Knowledgeable co-workers, professional attitudes, wide variety of training provided, and earnest effort to provide tools needed to carry out work.

      Cons

      Two tier staff system with excellent benefits for GSK staff but no benefits, no security, no advancement for contract staff - very clear 2nd class status for contractors particularly total lack of parking. Lower level managers often poorly trained.

      Great place. Good compensationa nd benefits. Best training I ever had for sales.

      Cons

      You are just a number. Bad economic time you will be cut. You do two ride alongs with your boss a month; which is fine. But if your numbers for the week are bad then he will be on your butt aboout it. Micromanaging. Business doesnt always have to be threw the roof.
