      Pros

      great benefits, freedom to work your schedule, car, gas, product knowledge training. The ability to get rotations is great too. If your numbers are up, you get left alone

      Cons

      huge downsizing in the industry right now. GSK is laying off 50% of the work force in June. Sales reps are doing more program scheduling and sample droping

      Pros

      Very professional company with good benefits and plenty of resources to support your success. Access to information about your performance is generally good. Pay seems appropriate for this industry.

      Cons

      There is plenty of double-speak on part of management and they are often not sincere and upfront in their communication. They have also tolerated many incompetent and overbearing sales managers for incomprehensible reasons.

      Good salaries High professional environment Great benefits and incentives Good internal communications Opportunity to growth Open door policy among employees Opportunity/ Optional of having access to medicines

      Cons

      Long and extended work hours No very flexible for vacation time Merge between GSK and SmithKline was still very evident between employees from both sides. New philosophy was still difficult to manage among employees from SK.
