Pay doesn’t match responsibility or effort. Management prioritizes executive bonuses over employee well-being. Leadership changes create inconsistent support and blame-shifting. Toxic workplace culture with low morale. Poor processes and insufficient resources force improvisation. Safety takes a backseat to hitting production numbers. High turnover Expected to drop all your plans for the weekend if management determines OT is needed on a Friday.
