Pros

The staff is great. They all care and are highly dedicated to get the work out on time. The vice president really cares about the people and even tries to remember everyone's name. The days fly by with all the meetings and non stop work. Completing the jobs feel rewarding. As a base employee, this place is a great way to start your way up into leadership as there is career progression on the front end. The staff is very knowledgeable and is always willing to assist if you are trying to figure things out.

Cons

The work feels like it almost never stops coming. It is busy every other month so you need to block off time every even month to almost live at the plant. On the odd months there is little work for the people, so the employees have their hours drastically cut, which makes management more difficult to try to find them work otherwise they might look for a new job due to sustainability. Most management stays in the same spot for years, so there is little career progression as you try to move up in management. This job focuses on longevity in a role as each customer has very specific needs, so you become the expert for those customers. You need a strong sense of dedication to survive in the culture, otherwise you will stick out like a sore thumb, This position is great as a single person without a family or spouse, but if you do have a family and a life, it may put a strain on it depending on your dedication to the workplace.
