Most management stays in the same spot for years, so there is little career progression as you try to move up in management. This job focuses on longevity in a role as each customer has very specific needs, so you become the expert for those customers. You need a strong sense of dedication to survive in the culture, otherwise you will stick out like a sore thumb, This position is great as a single person without a family or spouse, but if you do have a family and a life, it may put a strain on it depending on your dedication to the workplace.
