I've worked and grown with GTM for well over 10 years. Employee opinions matter. It's a family style work atmosphere. The job is stressful, but it's fun. Always keeps me on my toes. I started as a data entry person and over the years have gone from data entry, to payroll process, new accounts onboarding, service, team lead, team supervisor and now have grown into a management position. It takes dedication and hard work to grow, but it's been the best work experience of my life.
