      Pros

      Relatively low workload promotes internally. senior supervisors, Ops managers, and Site manager are great and very knowledgeable compared to every GXO DC site I have traveled too

      Cons

      Pay isn't where it should be for what we do. We are paid like warehouse workers while doing advanced data center tasks utilizing a multitude of different programs. While you do have the chance to get promoted internally, it's really competitive as there are many talented people here and few spots ever open up, especially at the supervisor level. Also no opportunity for overtime unless you get the opportunity to travel to different sites
