      Pros

      Great benefits from the company, 20 percent discount card for B&Q, GXO Uni which provides hundreds and hundreds of courses for development within the company. Monthly one to ones to guide you on achieving your goals. There is a Benefits Platform which includes discount on everyday items, Health and Well Being, Your Lifestyle, Finances to name a few. I believe it's a really good company to work for who value there staff and put your safety before anything else. Friendly teams and great working environments.

      Cons

      I suppose all companies have their negatives but I am genuinely finding it difficult to find something I don't like.
