      Straight forward work day, not many surprises, work load was manageable and you got to be by yourself 90% of the time.

      Cons

      There was little to no job security they would end your assignment after your 90 days was up just to rehire you instead of putting you on full time payroll. Managers were always screaming at each other over the radio.
