      They are very safety and non-violence environment

      Cons

      You have to follow every safety rule to the letter and do not speak your mind. If management doesn't agree with you they will find a way to boot you out the door. If you are older - don't even apply, they only want young mold able people.

      The starting wage is good. Can get lots of knowledge from team memebers

      Cons

      No raises in the past 5 years. Does not promote unless in a certain area of work. Would rather fire you than let you know what happen.
