      Decent company, but they have a lot of room for improvement

      Decent company, decent benefits, mediocre pay.

      Cons

      I think this company may have grown too big too fast. Lots of basic oversights that should never happen. They also take advantage of the fact that they are the best place to work for in a very small town. They speak a lot about safety and culture but aren't too tough when it comes to enforcing the important stuff.

      People at site. Only care about warehouse ops.

      Cons

      GXO. Head office. They don't care about staff or anyone outside UK. Low pay. No benefits. Lots of online training that have no point. They request we do these reviews. Change things and don't communicate.
