Pros

Working within a large organisation seems daunting to some, however my experience could not be so different, yes its a large company but the opportunities for those who want to progress are unlimited, the world is there for the taking should you wish to do so.

Cons

I have been working for GXO for just over 4 years and I can honestly say I haven't had a terrible experience, yes we all have a bad day sometimes but the network as a whole pulls together and we move on.
