So many learning and development opportunities. A lot of people are promoted into new roles and offered amazing training opportunities. There are so many apprenticeships available and support given to facilitate success. The people are honest and open, always looking to do the right thing internally and externally. I was able to work with external people in the prison service, with support networks and diverse companies. I have gained a wealth of experience working with wonderful, kind and generous HR professionals in my division People will always look to help each other regardless of grade and every individual person matters.

GXO is a great company to work for as we are a values based organisation, and we aim to live by our values. If you are looking for an ethical company to join that is growing, and at the cutting edge of technology in the Logistics field then this is the company for you. As we grow, we encourage our teams to grow and if you are looking for career growth opportunities then GXO has it in bundles.

Cons

When you work a big company there are always speed bumps along the way but what I like is that we look for ways to improve things and learn from our mistakes.
