I have found GXO to be an amazing employer, very supportive and advocates of "bring your whole self to work" individuality is encouraged and there's a deep understanding of work life balance and flexibility.

Cons

Pension Conts aren't great and Maternity / Paternity benefits could be more generous.

Pros

I work with a fabulous team of people. My manager is keen on me developing and learning within the business and I have completed various courses throughout my employment. GXO also have lots of benefits such as additional holiday purchases, enhanced maternity pay, discounts on retailers, dental insurance, sick pay, lots more than most other companies. If you are willing to put in the work, you will definitely progress and develop within the company.

Cons

Some of the systems used could be improved but hopefully that will happen over time.
