      Pros

      I’ve had a very positive experience working with GXO Logistics. From day one, I’ve felt supported and welcomed by both managers and colleagues. The company genuinely invests in employee growth, offering plenty of learning opportunities. I also appreciate the focus on work-life balance, which allows me to maintain a fulfilling life outside of work. The inclusive, positive culture and forward-thinking approach keep me motivated. Managers are approachable, always willing to listen, and they foster a respectful, value-driven environment that makes work both enjoyable and rewarding.

      Cons

      The role involves a lot of admin work, but managers are always looking for ways to streamline and reduce it.

      Pros

      Great opportunity to progress as the GXO network is so big.

      Cons

      During the apprenticeship, it is very difficult to be able to get time to complete assignments and utilise the supposed '20%' time, as requirements for the job role usually take over.
