Horrible micro-managed bosses. every company and department has some politics being played but this is another level.

Some of the staff are ok. Compressed work week is nice. Work shoe voucher.

Cons

I will try to keep this short but there are many to list. I'd have to say the number one issue is the management. Site leader, Operation managers, supervisors and HR. There is so much favoritism and nepotism. Upper management doesn't train properly or for a long enough period. Supervisors and higher get so much PTO compared to everyone else and they aren't there a lot of the time. It was frustrating to get support. Concerns that get brought up, don't get resolved, ever!
