Training is a joke at the Plattsburgh gxo logistics

The location is Plattsburgh NY decent pay the 8 hour shifts

Cons

They don't train properly there is a lot to learn and expect you to learn it all with 8 hours of training every pick is different you get to train on a few picks and guess what you have to do with all rest of the picks. Then the favoritism. the safety guy screams at me for not opening the overhead door all the way he said it was a safety issue but the next guy comes along opens over head half way let's him walk out to take the cardboard out I get screamed at for doing the same seriously wtf

Pay, great with discussing safety, not hard work, and no turnover rate if you lose your job, it's totally your fault.

Cons

Horrible communication, everyones the boss, raises seldomly happen, and they expect at times for you to do work outside of your job title with no extra pay.

Management doesn't care about anything, they can't even put in our paid time off incorrectly. You have to use your PTO for days that you want to work, but they don't allow the option to. Supervisors are extremely racist, and as they say, they only care for their people, they make racist remarks to the ones who aren't "like them" and no one reports it because they're either too scared or know they'll get ignored/ fired. dont even follow legal safety, only for inspections
