Cons

Chronically understaffed. HR drags their feet hiring people. Management plays favorites.

People get along most of the time. Benefits were good. The pay was average.

Cons

No room for growth. The Management team don’t stick to their words. The Management team is lazy and likes to micromanage people. Not much of a work life balance. Little employee engagement in the workplace. Way too hot in the summer.
