The pay is decent at least

They treat their employees like disposible animals. When they no longer need you, they send a text message instead of telling it to your face that you've been termed. They yell at employees for something as basic as going to the restroom! They yell at you for more production but refuse to pay incentives above 100% production. You have to rush to eat your lunch and can't even shew your food because they purposely place the time clocks so far from the cafeteria. They also love to steal hours so watch your paystubs. I've heard of many employees who had missing hours from their paystubs. Unethical and toxic workplace!

Pros

Good bonuses at the end of the year and hourly shift differentials are nice. They finally got it right with the HR manager that is there now. she is knows a lot and is easy to talk to. HR was TERRIBBLE before. They have food trucks a lot and make sure we are hydrated since the warehouse is so hot in the summer. the break room is allways decorated nice. Some management is friendly and welcoming but not all.

Cons

A lot of car theft and vandalism in the parking lot. Security is not that good. Supervisors are lazy and make the leads do everything for them and they call out a lot. Supervisors and managers are allways changing and hard to find when we need them. The warehouse needs air conditioning and music
