1) Won't be paid properly. The payroll team is very inefficient and has been int the news constantly for not paying their employees correctly or on time 2) Indifferent and inefficient HR 3) Wrong people in the wrong job

GXO is a very inclusive place to work and include many engagement activities. People are friendly and helpful, I enjoy coming in to work. There are also many opportunities across the UK and many other sites to progress. The environment in the office and warehouse is positive and has a team spirit.

Cons

Not always given the tools to complete the job at best capacity.
