Money and shift pattern are good

Cons

The company allows bullying, they are fully aware of it yet chose to let it slide. No care of duty what so ever. Everyone is a number, not a human being. It's all good for them until someone takes their life over it. Let's pray that never happens!

overtime is available from time to time, and it's for a decent sum (£15p/h)

Cons

the managers always seem to want you to keep pushing even if the work is done, and they overwork the staff that they do have to do the jobs of 2/3 people at once.
