People focused environment, fast paced with lots of opportunities to experience or learn something new. If you want to progress your career and are willing to get involved perfect environment to do so. Great people who make an amazing team to join. New challenges and lots of opportunities to make a difference.

Cons

Fast paced culture and the ability to own a task and make a difference may not be suitable to all - depends on what kind of a work environment you enjoy.

GXO is the first organisation that I've worked for that have stuck to their word when it comes to the development of their employees! I've just started my second apprenticeship since joining the company over 3.5 years ago. The culture and values of the organisation are embedded at each of the sites and you always feel like you're part of the family from day 1!
