Pros

I joined the company during the height of the pandemic and was very impressed with the welcome. I am free to make my own decisions in my contract, the red tape is less noticeable than in other 3PL`s which is great. GXO is a very good place for networking and the pay and benefits are great also.

Cons

It systems may seem slightly complex for a new colleagues.
