Job security, pizza parties, PTO, GXO University, perks at work website.

Cons

Difficult to transfer facilities to move up within company especially being a good worker, not many holidays off, no profit sharing, the raises are 2-3% a year. The fortune 500 company treats the employees with low value, not good bonuses.
