      An easy enough job made difficult by leadership and staffing.

      Easy job, 401(k), non-toxic environment, decent pay.

      Cons

      Inexperienced, indecisive leadership Understaffed Clients are simple at best, moronic at worst. Inventory management is abysmal, this 3PL is lucky to still be employed.
