Inexperienced Personnel

Pros

If you get injured they offer light duty which entails reading a book and spending time in the Cafe looking at your phone.

Cons

Management is extremely inexperienced. The pay is not that great and raises are far in between. The work goes from extremely busy to nothing to do at all forcing you to use your PTO time. They try to advocate safety to the employees but management has their own set of rules. They have no experience when dealing with harassment situations.

The company has terminated mainly long term and older employees.If you work hard and put in extra time it will do nothing for you.Progressive far left environment.

Pay is decent for a 3PL Coworkers/peers are great

Cons

HR sucks. Everyone who works there keeps mouth shut about how horrible she is because they are scared of her retaliation. She holds a grudge for life, completely unprofessional, talks crap about employees and rarely makes herself available to help them. Avoid that building at all cost. The director is nice but he's so easily manipulated by her and his favorite people it's sad. Assignments get switched every few months because someone had a great idea they imposed on him.
