Unorganized company

Pros

Good benefits and fair compensation

Cons

So unorganized from top to bottom. They abandon the people the managers don't care about you. Honestly I worked 1.1/2 years with no guidance at all. Teams meetings is what I got some information from. The HR team it's totally disconnected to the talent acquisition team. Everyone pulls to their end

Pros

- Growth Opportunities are abundant - Opportunity to try at least 3 different things across 3, 8-month rotations. Supervisory positions, travel teams, analytical roles are available. You get what you put into the program, so network your way into great rotations. - Management is receptive to new ideas, and is generally very skilled and good at what they do. - Benefits are affordable and good. (Healthcare, 401K, etc.) - Opportunity to win an impact award (after you work for one year) This is $1000 for nominees, $5000 for the finalist, and $10,000 for the winner. (excluding taxes)

Cons

- The unofficial work day on-site is 12 hours long. You will often work longer hours on-site than you would working from home. - Frequent travel if you're on a travel team. This is fun for a while, but some weeks it just gets old. - Lower pay until you complete the program no matter how much value you bring to the table. You get normal annual pay increases, but they aren't the best. You'll start to make better money after the program. - You can only accrue 1.5x PTO days before they stop accruing, and anything over one year goes away at year end.
