They offer Aetna PPO and flex spending.

Cons

Recently changed prescription tier. My medication now cost $200(2019) instead of $30(2018). For short term you have to have loss of all four limbs in order to qualify. No paid family leave. My biweekly cost for medical is $130 for PPO.

Sense of community - lots of social events to boost work culture

Cons

Pay is extremely low, often left alone in office, regional managers and hr make it clear that they aren’t interested in well being of anyone but community managers, no room for advancement past assistant manager

*Nationwide company, internally organized *great benefits and good culture

Cons

*DC Regional managers very unprofessional and on their pedestal. *No room for growth! The company is loosing properties in the DC region *Community Managers can have poor work ethic *Very strict audit every year, along with strict guidelines for the leasing office day to day operations which some of their policies are not very customer service oriented *Low pay
