Pros

The bonus structure is a lot better than other companies I have worked for, and you are not alone at your property. Awesome lync system that keeps you connected to people all over the states if you have questions. Saved my butt when I first started, so I didn't have to hound management on their time off. IF .. BIG IF your team is awesome than it can be a great company to work for because they are structured a lot better than other companies I have been with. Plus they are paperless and the software isn't too bad.

Cons

Where do I begin? My region is ran by individuals that don't take the time to get to know you as a person and purely believe what they read or hear. The hilarious part of that is that the employee(s) in question were fired when I left the company for the things that I had issues with. You are but a small finish in their big pond, and they make you feel that way. Again this might be a region thing, but I was on a boat that was sinking and I never once felt I could come up for air or help. I always felt used, emotionally abused, not worth anything within my position and just like anybody could dictate my character because my word meant nothing.

High standards for maintenance and makereadies. Good product to lease.

Cons

Management/corporate will knowingly turn a blind eye to subpar, toxic employees. You have to REALLY try to get fired.

Pros

Training is great, there are alot of classes offered and you learn alot, but they need to provide more mentors to work with you one on one when you start instead they tend to just put you out there and you sink or swim.

Cons

You grow with who you know!! They will bypass good people and promote or transfer their "favorites" to better or larger propertries regardless of how well they can do the job
