If you want to work like a dog for minimal benefits and pay, this is your dream job.

Pros

Employees were able to receive discounts on things like car rentals, concert tickets and cell phone packages (with exceptions). You were also able to accrue PTO as you worked.

Cons

There is absolutely no such thing as work-life balance at this company - unless you are a property manager or higher level executive. You have to work three out of the four weekends a month and make $10 an hour while you do it. My manager would leave early every day and leave me to handle the property alone for more than four hours. We were busy! I needed the help.

Pros

Benefits are great, one of the main reasons I found it hard to walk away. Annual company events/functions.

Cons

Onsite associates are worked very hard for little pay.Expected to work lots of overtime during peak seasons. There is room for promotion but you must be someone corporate is fond of. Company is women lead, they operate as such.

Gables is the Wizard of Oz!

Pros

Follow the yellow brick road home to Gables Residential and ask the Wizards of Oz to take you home.

Cons

Gables is behind the curtain. They promise everything but do nothing more than play the "pass the blame" on and break every promise. Dealing with the renters complaints is a Hurculean task that is immpossible to complete.
