      Gables is an amazing company to work for. It is like a second home.

      Pros

      Gables gives us the tools to run our own business. We are responsible for a mulltimillion dollar piece of real estate and we want to do everything to make it successful for us and our owners. Everyone is like a big family. Having fun each day wjile at work. The feeling of being empowered.

      Cons

      The number of reports can be a bit excessive. It would be nice to use the reports that the software offers and not have to constantly run reports and have to put them intp other formats it can be very repetative.

      Beautiful property but thats it

      Cons

      work life balance is a joke, they have people in management that cannot do the entry level jobs... like property managers who cannot write a lease or correctly input concessions. They do not value the family status of employees, I am a single mother and was expected to work off the clock on several occasions. The workload is unbearable and I have worked for the largest property management company in the world. You also get zero recognition for doing above and beyond.

      They have good culture. They do prioritize their residents which i love to see.

      Cons

      They do not have structure. The people they hire are lazy and cannot keep it professional. The good people they do hire, they take all their energy and use them and then just fire them after theyre done. Many other companies with same or even better culture paying more in the area.
