Unless you are a VP or higher, you get lost as an employee here. Those at the top of this company get wonderful perks, but those who work onsite or lower positions in the corporate office do not receive the same perks and are often forgotten in the decision making. There is not a lot of team play or fairness between upper management and the rest of the employees.

Politics do play a large role on the corporate personnel, ability to grow is slim depending on how much you are able to influence the upper management. Redundant policy procedures that could do without to better manage time and productivity. Secret shoppers are sometimes a joke, they are so easy to overcome and get a passing score that you don't even need to try.
