Pros

A lot of very capable and talented people that are helpful and willing to give their best to build enterprise level products at the highest standards.

Cons

Less insight into the company future plans than I'd hoped for, and insufficient employee engagement from the upper management. It's very nice to work on interesting projects but information about future projects or the company's general plans are not always there.

Pros

You get a chance to meet people you can really team up with, and some that you can really look up to. You can both learn and give knowledge in a friendly environment, but also have the opportunity to rise to the challenge of some interesting work items. The company is relatively young and career opportunities arise more than in other places.

Cons

It can be easy to get caught in every day's work and forget you should strive for more than your daily task/bug solving and do more.
