Nothing much to specify. Most of the benefits have been taken away without any explanation

Cons

Pretty much everything. Management is unable to handle the change properly

Tech stack,Gifts, recharge holidays, weekly 2 days food

Cons

Higher management is not good biased, no proper hikes,lots of micro management,need to work on weekends, requirement are given just 15-20 days before for quarterly releases, lots of pressure on qa
