Pros

Employees are technically strong in their domains and very active to help others you do not need to struggle to get help if you are stuck. Proper build planning for go live.

Cons

No downside for now they are doing good.

Pros

Work is challenging and work atmosphere stress free. Talented people and a resident superhero (will get to know the joke if u join our team :)) Get to work in emerging technology as well as a hot new domain. People who keep their ears open and mind active will gain a lot of domain expertise.

Cons

A few processes both engineering as well as HR need to be streamlined. Work can occasionally be a bit hectic
