      - Awesome culture - Sending gifts every now and then - Salary is in accordance to the industry standards - Free Udemy for business subscription - Great health benefits. (I got all of my covid vaccinations reimbursed) - Free lunch on every Wednesday. - Great insurance coverage. - Recharge holidays every now and then (along with winter vacation from Christmas to new year) - Fun CEO

      - Little imbalances in work and life - Increment cycle is only once per year - No performance bonuses.
