      Micromanagement at its peak

      Wednesday Lunches, Quarterly Gifts, Health Insurance, Good compensation, The good learning curve for beginners

      Cons

      - A lot of micromanagement. - Management is enforcing everyone to come to the office (no hybrid or WFH) option. - Managers expect you to be in the office for at least 9 hours. - No work-life balance. - Typical corporate environment / No open culture.

      Feedback is a gift, Thank you for sharing your inputs and advice. I do want to clarify a few points, We are not forcing anyone to come to the office. In the future, we do plan to ask people to come to the office for a portion of each week -- so very much a hybrid option. I am also surprised to hear you say that there is no work-life balance. We go an extra mile to even provide monthly recharge days. Of course, each person's experience can be different so I respect your feelings.
