Pros

Writing this fresh off of a "get to know you" meeting with Sales Leadership, and they're truly human first. Laughs, good insight and development, and a benefit package that is better than any other job I've held. The management from top to bottom is completely accessible, and the environment is the happiest I've been in, without them having to force it! The work from home and remote lifestyle is the best for me, and they make it so easy to do!

Cons

Only cons at this time is that there are no 401K match programs currently in place.

Pros

An incredible culture that is true to the values. "Human first" in everything they do. Everybody is on board in making it the greatest company to work for. Strong growth - it's fun to be part of a winning team The best leadership team around led by Nick himself Powerful product with very few issues

Cons

Lots of growth = lots of work. This is not a con but worth noting.

Pros

company's gifts, leaves, and holidays

Cons

1.Not the best place for a beginner designer, team lead was bad at mentoring, he was busy with personal life changes and balmed mentee for their failure, i was bad at my work but they were bad mentor too. I was very open about weakness, where I need help, they agreed to everything before hiring but when work started real challenges were visible. in fact, they were too good to be true, they sugarcoat feedback instead of giving constructive feedback and they fire you one fine day, screw your life and career without any warning 2. manager blindly trusts team leads over anything, blind to everything 3. bad collaboration process, they don't micromanage but they undermanage 4. no creative work process even if its a creative field
