      Work Culture is good Leadership are very effective Flexible working hours Attrition rate is very less compare to industry standard CEO is very transparent and one of the best CEO of Industry. A Category creator in SaaS industry

      There is no Parity is Salary and compensation structure at different Departments and Functions.

      People are very helpful and have great knowledge in their domain. Lots of learning opportunities. They take great care of their employees as well

      Sometimes work becomes very demanding but I guess that goes for all companies.
