      Honestly I have worked for several companies from 2016 till 2020, before I came to Gainsight, and it has been a wonderful journey so far. The culture, the flexibility in work timings. Getting to know employees from other teams, making new friends everyday. And of-course the Cohesion has scaled up this interaction even more, I have made new friends from the inSided team too. Overall, I would recommend anyone to join Gainsight and explore before they judge of what type of an organisation this is.

      Cons

      There is one downsides that I have observed, is the mindset of few people in the leadership team whose influence/impact has affected and would affect the new-comers, I have interacted with several teammates from HYD location, and not many would openly agree with this point until they have considered me as kind of a best friend.
