• WOW Cohesion: They spend a lot on events, but the focus is on celebrating the spending. • Free Food: The food often causes gastric issues on Mondays and Wednesdays. • Super HR: HR dismisses employee concerns with “leave the company.” • Supportive Payroll: The payroll team is unhelpful and rarely available. • Human First Management: Management is focused on judgment rather than leadership, laying off employee. • Mast Managers: Managers are insecure and tend to micromanage, traumatizing top performers to resign. • Teammates: Teammates often engage in gossip, Chaplusi and undermine top performers. Overall: Gainsight certainly has its "pros"—in the sense that they manage to avoid having any real cons—at least if you're looking from a surface-level perspective. However, once you dig deeper, you'll find that the company culture is lacking in meaningful support, respect, and leadership.
