      Toxic work culture in Bengaluru India. Act and behavior of some old employees in office is so toxic. They don't know outside world demanding technologies, they acts like a frog of well. Some of seniors even don't know how to talk and respect to colleagues.

      Benefits are great, including unlimited PTO, mental health days, and stipends for wellness and wfh. But no 401k match and options are a joke.

      Cons

      Zero product strategy, so many product issues, unhappy customers, forever implementations, and overworked team members. Layoffs live crazy. Human first is a lie. Leadership is delulu.
