      The values are truly lived by teammates everyday. Focused on DEI Industry Leader Growing industry opportunities Ability to "jungle gym" your way up- Teammates are able to move across roles/functions to grow their career experiences. Access to Execs

      Cons

      Sometimes we over-rotate on changes and don't let plans play out. Silos across functions slow things down- but we are fixing it.

      Human First Company - They Prove It

      Gainsight practices what they preach when they say human first. From monthly recharge days to anniversary gifts, they take care of their employees. Executives are transparent on company direction and goals.

      Cons

      Partly due to the current market, there have been several personnel changes which causes uncertainty and instability across teams.

      Pros

      The leadership team makes truly make choices based on our values and with the intent to keep a human-first approach. Even in more challenging time, I trust in the decisions we are making and appreciate the humility it takes to listen and shift based on teammate feedback.

      Cons

      Things have gotten more tough and we have lost some teammates this year. The human-first priority has had to maybe take a 2nd place focus because aligning to the reality of the economy has had to be first.
