Great company/Low Salary

Pros

Gainsight has an amazing culture and benefits (besides salary). Work/life balance is superb and direct managers really care for you.

Cons

Opportunities for growth have significantly slowed in the past 1-2 years. Salary for the tech industry is very subpar. People are leaving as a result. If they had a competitive salary amongst the lower-level sales/marketing folks this company would be a 10/10.

Pros

- Gainsight provides a lot of opportunity for cross-collaboration/teamwork - We really stay true to our values, human first being extremely important for my day to day - I truly enjoy turning on my laptop every morning and connecting with my teammates and customers

Cons

- still need to iron out some internal inefficiencies as sometimes there isn't a true answer or preferred way to do something
