Pros

Truly a human 1st company. Gainsight is practicing what they preach when it comes to putting their people 1st. They care about career development and exposure to different aspects of the business if you should so choose to want to explore other areas.

Cons

Right now the only con is the inability to meet others face to face. Hoping that changes soon to encourage more collaboration cross functionally.

Pros

Absolutely lives up to being human first, managers are excellent, leadership is very transparent. Phenomenal culture where you are made to feel welcomed and appreciated.

Cons

Business strategy changes frequently, but given the economy, it isn't unrealistic.
