      Can't imagine any company handling the challenges in B2B SaaS this year any better. We just have to weather the storm.

      Pros

      you get to work with some of the brightest and amazing teammates! Also, there's also great collaborations and partnerships between business units. Very good work/life balance.

      Cons

      Only downside was the layoffs a few months ago, but due to the economy the tech industry in general was hit the hardest. Even so, Gainsight has persevered.
