Pros

Human first Best culture I've ever experienced Industry Leader Mental health recharge days every month Engaged CEO and c-levels

Cons

Salary - there are very large discrepancies in the way people are paid Internal Growth isn't rewarded (you're better off coming externally into Gainsight into the role that you'd like vs. starting lower and growing into it) Laid people off in order to afford team off sites and internal company events There are a lot of internal blockers/processes that are in place when working a sales deal

Thanks so much and I appreciate the constructive input too. BTW just FYI, our reduction in force was definitely unfortunate and with a heavy heart but offsites and team events are a very small part of our budget. We did it to create a business that can be sustainable given the economy. Still appreciate your input.
