      Pros

      Childlike joy, great values, everyone is super helpful and knowledgable, fair comp, excellent benefits.

      Cons

      Havent found one yet, maybe setting the bar too high for everyone else. I know we're not perfect in all areas, but as a CSM it's pretty excellent.

      Pros

      An environment of constant learning where I’m inspired by the people I work with. Plenty of growth opportunities, great vision and an executive team that is truly tapped into the realities of our customers and team members.

      Cons

      It can get intense! There isn’t always a critical ear to revising specific business processes and 10% too many meetings that could’ve been emails
