Nothing good coming from Coverdell merging with AJG Gallagher

Cons

The payroll sucks for hourly employees they lie to you that you're getting paid hourly when at the end your basically put in the salary semi monthly payroll they basically took so many hours from me and still not getting paid, it'sa horrible company and they don't do anything to help you.

Some of the people are very polite.

Cons

This might be the worst structured company to work for ever. The nepotism is outrageous for this company and many of the top producers in the company do not split their commission with their team members very well. Management will fire anyone who speaks their mind in a positive and respectful way because they feel it is "challenging" their authority. Watch out for this company.

I don't see anything good about Gallagher. Supervisors are afraid of speaking up for their employees for fear of losing their own job.

Cons

I've read multiple reviews about people working from home. At the location I worked people were not permitted to work from home. Also, some reviews state minimum raises. I worked for Gallagher for over 5 years and no one at my location received raises.
