Very hard to get promoted. You can be working in the same position and prove yourself to be more than qualified for another position within however they will hire a freshly graduated college student with a degree in cows to do a job that someone within was more than qualified and capable of doing. Raises are not given very often and bonuses started out ok then ceased all together.

Over worked, under paid, very unhappy people which makes for a depressing environment. We moved desks and are grouped with people that are not happy and their boss is not the greatest. Many of the management team are all about numbers and not the detail or completion of the claims. Everything is about the numbers. Also, more than half complain that they have not received a raise in years.
