Pros

There are times that you feel like people like you there, and there are times you may genuinely like working there and seeing everybody everyday.

Cons

that feeling ends pretty quickly, people are always on you no matter what you do, even if you are caught up, NOTHING is good enough for them. One mistake, One time, never before done is a criminal case to them, even if it's something small, like putting the coffee box in the wrong cupboard.

Pros

Great company for sales people. Company continues to grow through acquisitions. Great co-workers with a lot of experience and knowledge. Location was easy to get to from multiple transportation methods.

Cons

The culture is changing quickly. Merit increases and promotions are based on who you know not your individual contribution. There is a lot of cronyism and nepotism throughout the organization. Salary and hiring freezes are frequent. Benefits are more expensive every year.

Pros

The people can be friendly, and individual departments seem to get along well. A good manager can help you a lot since direct managers control the flexibility of hours. The starting pay is generally fair for the market.

Cons

It is rare to see someone promoted from within. Advancement is limited, lateral movement is rare, and little is done to develop current employees. Few employees are given bonuses and the small salary increases each year are "performance based." It is difficult to get a job here unless you have a family member or friend already working for the company.
